We do the bookkeeping and you print the checks to sign and mail

1. Send us your invoices.
2. We make the entries in Quickbooks Online and prepare your checks for printing.
3. You login to Quickbooks Online and print the checks.

We process your bill paying from start to finish

1. Send us your invoices via fax, email, or upload.  Better yet, have your vendor email the invoice for you!
2. We code the invoices and route them for your approval electronically.
3. Once approved we schedule invoices for payment and help you manage cash flow.
4. We utilize Bill.com which offers more powerful features for paying invoices than online banking.
